Data Recovery: How it works
Smart & Fast
After the free diagnostic is complete, a notification will be sent to you explaining the issue. Once given permission to proceed with the recovery, we will proceed with retrieving your data. After the recovery is complete and your data is tested for corrupt files, a list and summary of all data recovered will be sent to you for review. If you are unsure about the recovery, we can set up a screen sharing session where you will be able to log into our system to view and test the recovered files.
No Recovery,
No Charge
If you are not 100% satisfied with the recovery, there will be no charge. If the recovery is to your satisfaction, we can then transfer the files to a storage medium provided to us or we have external USB hard drives for purchase. For data under 100 GB, we can send you a password protected link to download your files for a fee, We can also encrypt your data before sending it to you for a small fee.
